Start with the messages you type over and over. I run a lawn service and made a little doc of 10 canned replies (quote requests, reschedules, ‘we’re on our way’) and had ChatGPT polish each one. Now I copy-paste and tweak. Saved me an hour a day before I touched anything fancier like scheduling tools.
This is me exactly, I answer the same quote question fifteen times a day. Did you keep the replies in your notes app or something more organized?
Sara I use a free notes app with folders, nothing fancy. One more win for Deb: I feed my week’s appointments into ChatGPT and ask for the most efficient driving order. Cut my gas and dead time noticeably. Small stuff adds up fast in a service business.
