I keep reading that this is the future but a lot of it feels aimed at 22 year olds. I’m middle aged, decent with a computer but not a whiz. Be honest – is there a real place for someone like me or am I too late to the party?

Too late is a myth here. Your advantage over the 22 year olds is you actually understand a business or industry from years of real work. AI is just a tool that makes your existing knowledge faster to sell. I’m 51 and turned 20 years of HR experience into an AI-assisted interview coaching side gig. The tools took a weekend to learn.

Needed to read this today. I’m 47 and kept telling myself the same ‘too old’ story. What did you use to learn the basics without getting overwhelmed?

Gary I’m 58 and just started by using ChatGPT for my own emails daily for two weeks before trying to make money. Familiarity beats studying. Once it stopped feeling like magic, the money ideas came naturally. Age genuinely was not the obstacle I built it up to be.
