    Skip the hype – show a before/after. Pick one painful task, do it with AI, and present the time saved with the actual output. ‘This took 2 hours, now 15 minutes, same quality.’ Concrete beats visionary every time. Also address privacy up front.

    Start with a low-risk internal use case (drafting, summarizing) so there’s no customer exposure while you build trust.
