Starting to build automations for local businesses. How do you price this — hourly, per project, or monthly retainer? Don’t want to undercharge.

Value-based + retainer beats hourly. Charge a setup fee for the build, then a monthly retainer for maintenance/updates. Businesses happily pay recurring for something that saves them time every month — and it makes YOUR income predictable.
