I feel like I only know the big one and there’s a whole world of tools I’m missing. I don’t want to sign up for 20 free trials and get overwhelmed. What are 2-3 tools that genuinely earned a spot in your routine?

For me the keepers are a good image generator for thumbnails and covers, a transcription tool for turning voice notes into text, and a chatbot for writing. That’s it. I tried a dozen shiny things and deleted most. If a tool doesn’t save you time or make you money within a week, drop it. Novelty is a trap.

Thank you for keeping it to three. Every list I find has 50 tools and I close the tab in a panic. What do you use the voice-to-text one for exactly?

Omar not who you asked but I use transcription constantly – I ramble my blog ideas while walking the dog, then paste the transcript into a chatbot to structure it. Turns my dead time into first drafts. Honestly my favorite workflow and it costs nothing on the free tiers.
